4. Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with customers and staff.
6. Lead, manage, and motivate store teams to achieve desired results.
7. Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans.
8. Develop and manage store budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement best practices.
10. Provide regular reports on store performance and progress.
