  1. Receive and process incoming merchandise from vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to the sales floor.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, ensuring that all merchandise is properly tagged, labeled, and stored.
  3. Assist with the fulfillment of online orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
  4. Communicate with customers and provide exceptional service, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the receiving and fulfillment processes.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
  7. Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent theft and protect merchandise.
  8. Assist with restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
  9. Maintain a thorough understanding of Macy's products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, attendance, and performance.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  13. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  14. Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures as they are implemented.
  15. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of company products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, Ensuring Accurate Processing And Tracking Of Incoming And Outgoing Shipments.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Able To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Communicate With Vendors And Other Departments.

  • Previous Experience In A Retail Or Warehouse Environment, With Knowledge Of Inventory Control And Fulfillment Processes.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Physically Demanding Environment, Including Lifting And Carrying Heavy Packages And Standing For Extended Periods Of Time.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Data Entry, With The Ability To Learn And Adapt To New Software And Technology Used For Tracking And Managing Inventory.
