Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate

1. Accurately process orders: Responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring that they are fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner.
2. Maintain inventory levels: Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking and replenishing products as needed.
3. Receive and inspect shipments: Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy of contents and inspect for any damages or discrepancies.
4. Organize and track orders: Keep track of all orders, ensuring that they are organized and ready for shipment.
5. Communication with team: Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure all orders are fulfilled efficiently.
6. Quality control: Ensure that all products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to maintain high quality standards.
7. Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns related to orders.
8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep the fulfillment and receiving areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
9. Adhere to safety protocols: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
10. Meet productivity goals: Work efficiently and meet productivity goals to ensure all orders are fulfilled on time.
11. Assist with other tasks: Willingness to assist with other tasks as needed, such as restocking shelves, processing returns, and assisting with inventory counts.
12. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge: Continuously learn about new products and stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist customers and fulfill orders accurately.
13. Report any issues: Report any issues or concerns to the fulfillment manager in a timely manner to ensure timely resolution.
14. Uphold company values: Represent the company in a positive and professional manner, upholding the company's values of exceptional customer service and teamwork.
