1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the Asset Protection department at Macy's.
2. Develop and implement strategies to minimize loss and protect company assets.
3. Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
4. Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures.
5. Collaborate with store management to identify and address any security vulnerabilities.
6. Monitor and analyze store surveillance systems to identify and prevent theft and fraud.
7. Communicate effectively with law enforcement and legal teams when necessary.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of incidents and investigations.
9. Stay informed about current security trends and make recommendations for updates to policies and procedures.
10. Handle any security-related incidents in a timely and professional manner.
11. Manage and lead a team of Asset Protection associates, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
12. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
13. Foster a positive and safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
14. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall security of the store.
15. Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and integrity within the company.
