  1. Oversee the integration of online and brick-and-mortar operations to create a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.
  2. Develop and implement omnichannel strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and efficiency across all channels.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  5. Train and mentor team members on omnichannel operations and best practices.

  7. Manage inventory and fulfillment processes to optimize stock levels and minimize shipping times.

  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support omnichannel initiatives.

  13. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Operations, Preferably With A Focus On Omnichannel Strategies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team To Achieve Operational Goals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Omnichannel Retail Processes, Including Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
