Job Description

In this role, you will lead a team of sales associates and customer service representatives, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and our sales goals are met.   1. Oversee and manage a team of sales associates and customer service representatives.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  3. Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Set and communicate sales goals and strategies to achieve them.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Implement effective sales techniques and strategies to increase revenue.
  7. Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  10. Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  12. Create schedules and assign tasks to team members to ensure adequate coverage and optimal productivity.
  13. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers and drive sales.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to make informed decisions.
  15. Uphold company policies and procedures and ensure team members are following them.
  16. Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
  17. Motivate and inspire team members to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals.
  18. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  19. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate the customer service and sales processes.
  20. Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In Sales And Customer Service

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Customer Satisfaction Goals

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
