  1. Oversee the daily operations of the sales and customer service departments.
  2. Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  3. Train and develop sales and customer service team members to provide exceptional service and meet sales goals.
  4. Set sales targets and monitor team performance to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  5. Create and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered in order to assist customers and drive sales.
  7. Handle and resolve any escalated customer issues or complaints.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  11. Monitor and analyze sales and customer service data to identify areas for improvement.
  12. Participate in hiring and onboarding of new sales and customer service team members.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to make strategic recommendations.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all team members.
  15. Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and sales practices.
