- Oversee a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Lead by example and set a high standard for customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to plan and execute sales events, promotions, and initiatives.
- Train new sales associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer escalations and complaints in a professional and timely manner, finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building loyalty and driving repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through recognition, incentives, and performance evaluations.
- Create and uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including inventory management and loss prevention measures.
- Monitor and manage the sales floor to ensure proper coverage and customer assistance at all times.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide updates on sales performance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize sales and customer service.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Customer Service Management, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Colleagues.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Delivering Exceptional Customer Service.
