Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Customer Satisfaction Goals.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Sales And Customer Service Management Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales And Customer Service Associates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Customer Service Best Practices.
