
Manager, Sales and Customer Service

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates and customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction, in line with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures, including sales and customer service guidelines, to maintain a consistent brand image and high standards of service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth.
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays to optimize sales and ensure a visually appealing shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to coordinate promotions, events, and other initiatives to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative ideas to continuously improve the sales and customer service processes at Macy's.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Customer Service Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Team Members.
