- Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and make recommendations for promotions, bonuses, or disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers and provide guidance to associates.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure appropriate inventory levels and product placement.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and onboard new team members.
- Continuously strive to improve the overall sales and customer service experience at Macy's.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales And Customer Service, Preferably In A Retail Environment
Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Experience Managing And Developing A Team
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Customer Relationships
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
