  1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by greeting and assisting them with their shopping needs.
  3. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service best practices.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Implement strategies to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
  6. Ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandised to meet customer demands.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Continuously assess and improve customer service processes and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as visual merchandising and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and successful shopping experience for customers.
  10. Monitor and manage employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  11. Uphold company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety measures.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the sales and customer service team.
  14. Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular updates on sales and customer service performance.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company values and promoting a positive image of Macy's to customers.

Job Qualifications
