  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of customer service.

  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric mindset.
  13. Collaborate with the human resources department to recruit, hire, and onboard new team members.
  14. Set and maintain visual and operational standards to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
  15. Participate in special events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales And Customer Service Associates

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Customer Complaints And Build Relationships With Clients

  • Proficiency In Sales And Customer Service Software, Such As Crm Systems And Point-Of-Sale Systems.
