1. Assist buying and merchandising teams in all aspects of their daily operations.
2. Keep track of inventory levels and assist in managing stock levels to ensure optimum availability of products.
3. Conduct market research and gather information on industry trends and competitors.
4. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
5. Create and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and other important documents.
6. Help with the preparation and execution of store events and promotions.
7. Monitor sales and product performance to identify areas for improvement.
8. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and customers.
10. Organize and maintain sample inventory for product presentation and photo shoots.
11. Assist in visual merchandising and ensuring proper product placement.
12. Stay updated on current fashion trends and make recommendations for new and exciting products.
13. Ensure accuracy of product information and pricing on the company's website and in-store displays.
14. Handle administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
