4. Uphold excellent customer service standards and build relationships with customers to ensure they have a positive in-store experience.
5. Utilize a strong knowledge of fashion trends and industry news to engage customers in meaningful conversations about current trends.
6. Maintain a neat and organized work area and keep track of customer preferences and orders.
7. Remain up-to-date on fashion trends, new products, and promotional offers.
8. Follow established store policies and procedures.
9. Collaborate with other sales associates to ensure customers receive the best service possible.
10. Assist in training new stylists on customer service and styling techniques.
