Power Equipment Operator

1. Operate power equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers to move and transport merchandise throughout the warehouse and distribution center.
2. Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform maintenance as needed to ensure safe and efficient operation.
3. Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality of products.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of merchandise.
5. Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
6. Follow safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
7. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues that may arise.
8. Continuously monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
9. Assist with inventory counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns from customers or colleagues.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
12. Embrace a positive and team-oriented attitude, contributing to a collaborative and productive work environment.
13. Attend training sessions and stay updated on the latest equipment and safety protocols.
14. Help identify process improvements and actively participate in implementing them.
15. Other duties as assigned by management.
