Retail Commission Sales Associate

Macy's is looking for a motivated, customer-service-oriented Retail Commission Sales Associate to join our team! As a Retail Commission Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs, and helping to fulfill those needs with the merchandise that matches their individual style. You will also be responsible for upselling additional items, providing product knowledge, and building relationships with customers. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent customer service and communication skills. In addition, you should be able to prioritize tasks, be a self-starter, and have a passion for retail. You should also have a minimum of 1 year of retail experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
