Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service • Assist customers with selecting the best merchandise for their needs • Demonstrate knowledge of current fashion trends and brands • Provide accurate and helpful information when necessary • Assist customers with product features, returns, and exchanges • Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas • Develop relationships with customers to ensure repeat business • Maintain a neat, organized, and inviting sales floor • Utilize POS system to process transactions, returns, and exchanges • Adhere to all company policies and procedures • Assist in the training of new sales associates • Stay current with product knowledge and trends
