Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to customers in store and online
2. Assist customers in selecting cosmetics and beauty products
3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
5. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in beauty and cosmetics
7. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
8. Maintain accurate records of customer purchases
9. Train and coach new and existing sales associates
10. Assist management in meeting and exceeding sales goals
