3. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and personalized product recommendations.
4. Demonstrate extensive knowledge and passion for cosmetics, including current trends and new product launches.
5. Stay updated on brand and product knowledge, being able to effectively communicate information to customers.
6. Utilize strong customer service skills to address any questions or concerns from customers.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including properly stocking and arranging products.
8. Meet and exceed sales goals, driving business and contributing to the overall success of the store.
9. Work collaboratively with team members and managers to achieve team and individual sales targets.
10. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
11. Keep up-to-date with industry news and trends to stay informed and provide the best service to customers.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including following all safety and security protocols.
