  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage their return.
  4. Utilize extensive knowledge of the retail industry to recommend products, promotions, and services to customers.
  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure cohesive and efficient workflow.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, store policies, and promotions to accurately answer customer questions.
  9. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Macy's values and customer service standards.
  11. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
  12. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience through feedback and suggestions.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed on company policies, procedures, and new products.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
