1. Greet and welcome customers to the fitting room area in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their fitting room needs, including finding sizes and styles, offering fashion advice, and ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience.
3. Maintain a clean and organized fitting room area, including restocking merchandise and managing garment returns.
4. Assist customers on the sales floor by answering questions, locating products, and providing recommendations.
5. Monitor fitting room occupancy and manage any customer wait times.
6. Collaborate with sales associates to communicate product availability and restock needs.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
8. Proactively assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the sales floor, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
9. Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
10. Demonstrate knowledge of store policies and procedures, including returns and exchanges, to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
11. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management for resolution.
12. Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
13. Adhere to all company safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
14. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance job skills and knowledge.
15. Act as a team player and support fellow associates in daily tasks and responsibilities.
