Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service to Macy's customers in the fragrances department.
2. Handle customer inquiries, assist customers with fragrance product selection, and process sales transactions.
3. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and coworkers.
4. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
5. Keep the fragrances department organized and stocked with merchandise.
6. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
7. Assist with store marketing initiatives and promotional events.
8. Remain up-to-date on current fragrance trends and products.
9. Actively seek out customer feedback and suggest new product offerings.
10. Report any discrepancies or issues to the store manager.
