1. Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Assisting customers in the Fragrances department, providing product knowledge and recommendations based on their preferences.
3. Maintaining a clean and organized department, ensuring all products are properly stocked and visually appealing.
4. Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, using the store's point of sale system.
5. Collaborating with the fragrance sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
6. Communicating with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions.
7. Providing exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Demonstrating a strong knowledge of store policies and procedures, including returns, exchanges, and discounts.
9. Participating in ongoing product knowledge training to stay up-to-date on new and existing fragrances.
10. Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and processing new merchandise.
11. Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Fragrances department.
12. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing Macy's brand and values.
13. Adhering to all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
