Retail Fulfillment Associate

Macy's is seeking an experienced, reliable Retail Fulfillment Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills who is passionate about delivering excellent customer satisfaction. The Retail Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for keeping our warehouse and stockroom in order and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of Macy's warehouse and stockroom.
2. Receive and process incoming orders and ensure that they are fulfilled accurately and on time.
3. Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure customers have access to the products they need.
4. Assist customers with inquiries and information about products and services.
5. Handle the packaging and shipping of orders.
6. Ensure all orders are properly tracked and documented from start to finish.
7. Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Maintain a positive attitude and foster a positive work environment.
9. Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
10. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
