Retail Fulfillment Associate

Macy's is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Retail Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience by properly fulfilling store orders and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and possess the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Assist customers with inquiries and orders. • Receive, process, and fulfill store orders. • Ensure orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. • Maintain accurate records of customer orders and payments. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer service issues. • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. • Follow company policies and procedures. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Adhere to safety procedures. • Work with other team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
