1. Collaborate with the merchandising team to understand and execute the visual merchandising strategy for the store.
2. Assist in setting up displays and arranging merchandise according to the brand and seasonal guidelines.
3. Ensure proper signage and pricing of products to enhance the customer shopping experience.
4. Conduct regular store walks to identify any visual or merchandising issues and take necessary actions to resolve them.
5. Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate quantities and quality of products.
6. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including keeping track of inventory levels and replenishing products on the sales floor.
7. Partner with sales associates to ensure that all products are properly displayed and accessible to customers.
8. Communicate any inventory or merchandising related concerns to the merchandising team in a timely manner.
9. Assist in setting up and executing special events, promotions, or sales in the store.
10. Stay updated on current fashion trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and recommendations to the merchandising team.
11. Adhere to all safety and security procedures while handling merchandise and working in the store.
12. Train and mentor new team members on visual merchandising standards and processes.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues, providing excellent customer service at all times.
14. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
15. Perform any other duties assigned by the management team to support the overall success of the store.
