  1. Assist in the execution of visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  2. Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure product placement and displays are in line with company standards and brand image.
  3. Conduct daily store walks to identify any product or display issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  4. Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products to meet customer demand.
  5. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any shipment discrepancies.
  6. Communicate and collaborate effectively with store management and team members to ensure consistent execution of merchandising strategies.
  7. Assist in setting up and maintaining seasonal and promotional displays according to company guidelines.
  8. Ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing and signage on all products in the store.
  9. Monitor product sales and make recommendations for adjustments to merchandising strategies based on customer demand.
  10. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in all merchandising areas.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the merchandising process.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Train and mentor new merchandising team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
