Retail Receiving Support Associate

Macy's is looking for a customer-service oriented Retail Receiving Support Associate to join our team and help ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate is a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can offer great customer service and ensure that merchandise is received and stocked accurately.To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of retail experience. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers in selecting merchandise and answer questions regarding product features and availability.
3. Accurately receive and stock merchandise in the store.
4. Assist in maintaining the store’s cleanliness and orderly appearance.
5. Process customer payments using the appropriate payment methods.
6. Maintain accurate records of merchandise received and stocked.
7. Handle customer complaints in an efficient and courteous manner.
8. Ensure that all safety procedures are followed.
9. Follow company policies and procedures.
10. Provide assistance and support to other team members.
