Retail Receiving Support Associate

Macy's is looking for a knowledgeable and organized Retail Receiving Support Associate to join our dynamic team and help us maintain the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and unpack merchandise shipments and accurately record information into the company’s inventory system.
2. Provide advice and assistance to customers on merchandise selection, store policies, and product availability.
3. Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, including rotating stock, facing items on shelves, and replenishing stock.
4. Assist with visual merchandising tasks, including creating displays, setting up promotional materials, and maintaining a neat and tidy environment.
5. Monitor stock levels and order new merchandise when necessary.
6. Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database.
7. Complete other tasks as assigned by store management.
