Retail Receiving Support Associate

Macy's is looking for a motivated and organized Retail Receiving Support Associate to join our team! As a Retail Receiving Support Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming merchandise is properly documented and put away, as well as helping to maintain the store's stockroom and backroom organization. Our ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and has an interest in working in a retail environment.The required qualifications for this position include: a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of work experience in a retail environment, and a basic understanding of inventory management and related software. Responsibilities:

1. Unload, check, and put away incoming merchandise.
2. Maintain organization of store stockroom and backroom.
3. Ensure accurate inventory documentation and data entry.
4. Assist in resolving customer service issues, complaints, and returns.
5. Communicate with store staff and other departments to ensure accuracy of inventory.
6. Analyze and identify trends in inventory and sales data.
7. Utilize inventory management and related software.
8. Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
9. Assist in other tasks as assigned.
