- Develop and implement HR analytics strategies to support organizational growth and effectiveness.
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify and address HR challenges and opportunities.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR initiatives that align with company goals and values.
- Serve as a consultant and advisor to leaders on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and strategic partnering.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs.
- Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption by employees.
- Provide coaching and development support to HR team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Develop and manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
- Participate in and lead special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Macy's, promoting the company's values and culture.
Extensive Hr Experience: A Senior Hr Business Partner At Macy's Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Hr Field, With A Strong Focus On Analytics And Strategic Partnering.
Strong Analytical Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Is Highly Analytical And Can Use Data To Inform And Drive Hr Decisions. A Background In Data Analysis, Statistics, Or A Related Field Is Preferred.
Strategic Mindset: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Provide Insights On How Hr Can Support The Overall Business Strategy. They Should Have A Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Hr Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Hr Business Partner, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Be Able To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience In A Retail Environment: Macy's Is A Leading Retail Company, And Experience In The Retail Industry Is Highly Desirable For This Role. Knowledge Of The Unique Challenges And Opportunities In The Retail Industry Will Be An Advantage.
