Welcome to the Macy's Talent Acquisition team! As an Associate on our Interview Team, you will play a crucial role in building our dynamic and diverse workforce.   1. Conducting Interviews: The Associate on the Interview Team will be responsible for conducting interviews with potential candidates for various positions within the company. This includes scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and evaluating candidates based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
  2. Identifying Top Talent: A key responsibility of the Associate on the Interview Team is to identify and attract top talent to join Macy's. This includes utilizing various sourcing strategies, attending job fairs and networking events, and leveraging social media to reach potential candidates.
  3. Collaborating with Hiring Managers: The Associate will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. They will also provide feedback and recommendations on potential candidates to ensure the best fit for the role and the company culture.
  4. Maintaining Recruitment Metrics: The Associate will be responsible for tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and diversity hires. They will use this data to continuously improve the recruitment process and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Building and Maintaining Relationships: The Associate will be the first point of contact for candidates and will be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience. They will also build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and universities to expand the talent pool.
  6. Staying Updated on Recruitment Trends: In order to attract top talent, the Associate will stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices. They will also conduct research on competitors to ensure Macy's remains competitive in its recruitment efforts.
  7. Assisting with Onboarding: The Associate will assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This may include conducting background checks, collecting necessary paperwork, and coordinating with HR and hiring managers.
  8. Maintaining Confidentiality: The Associate will handle sensitive information and must maintain confidentiality at all times, in accordance with company policies and local laws.
  9. Contributing to Team Projects: The Associate will actively participate in team projects and initiatives, providing insights

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies, Including Sourcing Techniques And Candidate Assessment Methods.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Interact With Candidates.

  • Proficiency In Hris And Applicant Tracking Systems, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Provide Meaningful Insights To Improve Recruitment Processes.
