1. Accurately receive, process, and distribute incoming merchandise to designated areas within the warehouse.
2. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by properly storing and labeling merchandise.
3. Prepare and pack merchandise for shipment to other locations or customers.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
5. Utilize inventory management system to track and monitor merchandise levels and assist with inventory audits.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
8. Operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve warehouse processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.
