Responsibilities: • Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to customers at all times • Assist customers with selecting items, styling looks, and providing recommendations • Manage a team of sales associates to motivate and inspire them to reach store goals • Monitor sales floor activity and identify areas of improvement • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Remain up to date on current fashion trends and use suggestive selling techniques to increase sales • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record keeping of all transactions • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training of new staff • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and delegate tasks to the team • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profits • Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
