As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for driving business results, leading a team of associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.   4. Maintain stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management.
  5. Develop strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  6. Manage daily operations such as scheduling, training, and recordkeeping.
  7. Monitor and review employee performance and provide feedback.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Stay up to date with fashion trends and customer service best practices.
