Responsibilities of a Visual Associate:

• Create an inviting, inspiring, and organized shopping experience for customers. • Develop innovative ideas for merchandising and styling based on current trends in fashion and design. • Create eye-catching visual displays that showcase merchandise in a creative and appealing way. • Ensure store layout and displays are neat and organized at all times. • Maintain accurate inventory records and process new merchandise. • Train and mentor new sales associates on visual merchandising techniques. • Assist with store opening and closing procedures. • Work with Management team to adjust displays based on customer feedback. • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed.
