Clinical Pharmacist – Critical Care

1. Dispense medications to critically ill patients in a timely and accurate manner.

4. Monitor patient response to medications and make necessary adjustments to ensure safety and effectiveness.

16. Attend and participate in departmental meetings and trainings as required.
