Welcome to Mainehealth! We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Practice Manager (RN) to join our Women's Health team. As a leader in our organization, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of quality care and building strong relationships with patients, providers, and staff. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN who is passionate about women's health and has a strong background in clinical practice management. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of women, we would love to hear from you.

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Women's Health department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the clinical practice.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards of care.
  3. Hire, train, and manage a team of nurses and other clinical staff, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing feedback and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  5. Collaborate with other managers and departments within the organization to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  6. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with patients, providers, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  8. Monitor patient satisfaction and implement measures to continuously improve the patient experience.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, implementing best practices to enhance the delivery of care.
  10. Prepare and manage department budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible use of resources.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  12. Handle any escalated patient concerns or complaints, working towards a resolution and maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
  13. Serve as a mentor and role model for staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  14. Participate in meetings, committees, and other initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  15. Adhere to Mainehealth's mission, vision, and values, and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Maine

  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree Or Higher

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Women's Health Nursing

  • Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role In A Clinical Setting

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Healthcare Regulations And Best Practices In Women's Health.
