Job Description

  1. Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, retention, and development.
  4. Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address employee relations issues and provide guidance on effective resolution.
  5. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  6. Develop and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  7. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to foster a diverse and welcoming workplace for all employees.
  8. Develop and oversee training and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
  9. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to promote consistency and fairness across the organization.
  10. Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems.
  11. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
  12. Mentor and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to support organizational initiatives and goals.
  14. Communicate and promote the organization's mission, values, and culture to all employees.
  15. Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Levels Of Staff And Stakeholders.
