Manager - Acute Care Pharmacy Clinical Services

3. Manage a team of pharmacy professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to promote a positive and productive work environment.

9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of medications and supplies.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and processes into pharmacy operations.
11. Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of pharmacy staff.
12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among pharmacy staff.
13. Collaborate with other department managers and leaders to promote interdisciplinary teamwork and communication.
14. Participate in budget planning and management for the pharmacy department.
15. Represent the pharmacy department in meetings with hospital leadership and other stakeholders.
16. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to address any concerns or issues related to pharmacy services.
17. Ensure a safe and clean working environment, following all infection control and safety protocols.
18. Adhere to and promote ethical standards and professional code of conduct.
