
Meeting and Events Planner

As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events and meetings, ensuring that they run smoothly and exceed expectations. - Plan and coordinate all aspects of events and meetings, from initial conception to final execution.
- Develop event budgets and timelines, and ensure all events stay within budget and are executed on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event details are communicated and executed effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to secure the best services and prices for events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual needs.
- Create and distribute event invitations and manage RSVPs.
- Coordinate event registration and handle attendee inquiries.
- Develop event agendas and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are prepared and available.
- Monitor and track event expenses and provide regular updates to management.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact for event attendees and handle any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for incorporating new ideas and technologies into events.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Event Management, Hospitality, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Coordination.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members.
Proficiency In Event Planning Software And Tools, Such As Cvent Or Eventbrite, As Well As Microsoft Office Suite.
