Job Description

Mainehealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant committed to delivering exceptional healthcare outcomes for our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical and communication skills, a strong commitment to patient advocacy, and a desire to work in a team-based environment.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience: a Masters Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies; current licensure in Maine as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant; certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants; and a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting. Additionally, we seek a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working with both team members and independently.
