- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for various healthcare providers.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, medical staff, and other departments in a timely and courteous manner.
- Update and maintain patient records in electronic medical record systems.
- Ensure all necessary forms and documents are completed and signed by patients.
- Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth and timely patient flow.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for procedures.
