Program Manager - Behavioral Health Integration

Mainehealth is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Program Manager - Behavioral Health Integration to join our team. As a key member of the Behavioral Health Integration team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical services that integrate behavioral health into primary care. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also provide expertise and guidance to support the success of the program.The successful candidate must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of clinical experience in an integrated care setting. Knowledge of the Maine Behavioral Health System and the Medicaid and Medicare systems is also required. A successful candidate will be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently as a part of a cross-functional team.
