Job Description

Are you a fashion-forward creator with an eye for style and detail? Do you have an innate understanding of the fashion industry and a passion for creating visuals that inspire? If so, MANGO is looking for a passionate and driven Fashion Designer to join our growing team.As a Fashion Designer at MANGO, you will be responsible for bringing innovative and trend-forward designs to life. You’ll create fashion-forward looks from concept to completion, taking into account customer tastes, trends, and marketplace needs. You must have the ability to interpret trends and develop seasonal collections that will appeal to our customers and promote our brand.The ideal candidate will have an impressive portfolio that demonstrates a commitment to the craft of fashion design as well as a solid understanding of the fashion industry. You should be an excellent communicator with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. A degree in fashion design or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design trend-forward looks from concept to completion
  2. Take customer tastes, trends, and marketplace needs into account when creating designs
  3. Establish a portfolio of fashion designs that showcase the craft of fashion design
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and industry developments
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders
  6. Organize and problem-solve when needed
  7. Execute ideas and concepts quickly and efficiently
  8. Develop seasonal collections that will appeal to customers and promote the brand
  9. Utilize materials and resources in an efficient manner to create high-quality designs
