Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, organized and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join the MANGO team. As HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR support and services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about HR and have a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years experience in an HR role, preferably in a large, multi-national organization. You will also need a thorough understanding of current HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Above all, you must be passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for our employees.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive HR support and services to the MANGO team, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, and recruitment.
  2. Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies in line with current HR best practices.
  3. Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Manage employee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  5. Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on issues related to employee performance, discipline, and other HR related matters.
  6. Liaise with external partners, such as insurance providers, to manage employee benefits.
  7. Manage employee training and development initiatives.
  8. Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making.
  9. Foster a positive and productive culture in the workplace.
  10. Remain up to date with the latest trends and developments in HR.
