Testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of computer systems including but not limited to, desktops, laptops, smartphones, printers, and video conferencing equipment and the specialized applications that run on those systems. Provide end user support via telephone, remote desktop, or onsite. Provide support for Office 365 and other applications used by the users. Proactive approach to track, maintain, and care for tasks to continuously improve our existing systems and time-to-resolution for support tickets. Support workstations and troubleshoot peripherals including scanners, printers. Provide support and automation utilizing Microsoft's System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Prepare periodic maintenance plans and comply with change management procedures.
Minimum of 2 years of related IT experience
Experience with Process Control Systems, networking, and the Purdue Model is preferred
Familiarity with IT service administration resources like ServiceNow
Experience with audio visual systems and support, including video and digital signage
