Recruiting Team Lead

As the Recruiting Team Lead within Marathon Oil’s Human Resources Team, you will craft and implement creative, comprehensive, and strategic sourcing strategies that will enable us to grow and reach our hiring targets this year and in the future. Partner with Talent Management to align on delivery of Workforce Planning (WFP), forecasting and headcount management. Optimize your team to deliver against demand while ensuring productivity targets are being met. Audit processes, systems and reporting on a regular basis to provide governance, KPI insights, and process improvement recommendations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Recruiting Team by identifying areas of opportunity to improve productivity and processes.
