We are looking for a highly creative and fashion-forward Accessories Designer to join our elite design team at Marc Jacobs. The ideal candidate should be a trend-setter and have an eye for detail, with the ability to translate ideas into high-end designs.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in fashion accessories design. Additionally, you should be comfortable with using Adobe Creative Suite and have a proven track record of creating unique and stylish designs. 1. Developing creative and fashion-forward accessories designs that reflect the Marc Jacobs brand
2. Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to create unique and stylish designs

4. Working with the design team to ensure designs meet quality standards
5. Developing product prototypes and samples for review
6. Managing the production process to ensure timely delivery of products
7. Conducting market research and analyzing consumer feedback to inform product design decisions
8. Maintaining excellent communication, organizational, and management skills
